Ginger Pear Panna Conna

Hi, guys!  


I came up with a new recipe, Ginger Pear Panna Cotta! I know it’s super high calorie dessert, but we need to enjoy our life often!! When it melts in your mouth, you will sense perfect synergy with ginger and pear!!! I hope you will enjoy this dish as much as my family does. Let me know what you think!

***Ginger Pear Panna Cotta***


Ingredients

2 Cups organic heavy cream

1 cup of organic whole milk

2 organic green pears

1/8 cup of organic sliced gingers

1/4 cup honey

2/3 teaspoon of vanilla extract

pinch of salt

1 pack of gelatin ( 7g )


Garnish:

1/2 of Pear skins 

3/4 teaspoon of small pieces of ginger

1/4 cup of water

1/8 cup organic coconut brown sugar

1 organic pear 


**Recipe: Lightly grease 6 ounce containers with a paper towels dipped in grape seed oil. peal skins off a pear and chopped it in small pieces and sliced gingers. Heat the cream in a sauce pan with medium heat until it simmers. Turn off the heat and  add chopped pear and gingers and let them simmer for twenty minutes. Strain the cream with a fine meshed strainer into a clean bowl.

Pour the milk into a saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin. Wait for gelatin to be dissolved for 5 minutes, and start warming up the pan with low heat.

Mix the honey, vanilla and salt and combine that with the cream together. Divide them into containers and chill them in a fridge for 5 hours.

Peel off skin of a pear and slice them in 1/8 inch width and random length and also cut gingers in small pieces Cystallize them with coconut sugar and water in a saucepan. Put a peeled pear in a food processor and mix it.

To Unmold panna cotta from containers, use a knife around the top edge and place them in plates. Pour over peer puree over a panna cotta and put garnish on the top!
