Shirataki Noodle Salad with Cashew Sauce

Hi guys! Today, I want to share my ceramide-packed recipe, shirataki noodle salad with cashew sauce. It's a pretty straightforward recipe. Ceramide is known for maintaining skin integrity, balancing skin moisturization, and improving skin barrier function. In addition, ceramide supports elastin and collagen production as well. You can find ceramides in chicken, cashews, tomatoes, shirataki (clear yam noodles ), rice, corn, and soybeans.

ingredients: 1-2 person

-half pack of shirataki

-4 leaves of organic kale

-5-6 mini organic tomatoes

-½ cup roasted cashews

-3 Tb olive oil

-5 Tb Amore water

-some salt

-Drain water from shirataki package, put them in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain, and cut them half.

-Blend three kale leaves with 1/3 cup of water with a food processor until they are mixed.

-Blend cashews, 3 Tb olive oil, salt, and 5 TB water until they become smooth, and mix kale juice to cashew sauce (2).

-Put shirataki into the mixed sauce (3)

Slice tomatoes and the last kale leaf and place them on the top of shirataki on a plate. Enjoy!
